The image seems a little flat, maybe tweak the levels? I think eye contact was needed to make this image work but maybe it was a candid?

Just a candid one . I could do with more feedback on the flatness as I don't see that but I'm open to advice .

Nice shot, but it does look a little dull...could do with a little lifting IMO....
