Hi, I like the composition but its very noisy and seems to have been oversharpened, theres a lot of fringing on the edges, mostly between the structures and sky.
I cant see any exif data in flickr so no idea of your settings, but with the noise I guess it was not at iso 100. Perhaps drop the ISO as low as you can and extend the shutterspeed a little longer to get the same exposure but with less noise. It could be that the oversharpening has highlighted the noise a lot more too. Hope thats useful
