Another set of photos from Oulton, there should be about another 20 posts arrive with images lol. Nice to meet you all anyway. Nice to be able to put some faces to the usernames.

Had a cracking day, lighting was pretty good although rather bright which meant for some trials and tribulations trying to hold highlights. Still some great cars, plenty of drift spec japanese cars, Skylines and S14/15's. Then the trackday with cars from Ford Escorts and Fiesta's to a Merc 722 Edition making some black lines on the entrance to the circuit. (Cough, "Cock")

Lovely set. Loving the HDR's. DId you see the Mc-Merc's leaving peice? A big burnout in the paddock. Tit.

ANyway, I love number 3 and and 4.
 
Blurrry. Very very blurry. I got into a big rush to get the shot and cocked it up :( Got one that is bordor line OK. Need to go through me 1000+ pictures!!!
 
What time did you arrive rich? Yeah i get all excited and mess stuff up like that all the time. I only managed 630 shots, all RAW ***.... ive had about enough of processing already lol. Have got a couple of nice selective colours in the works though.
 
Didn't get there until 2 mate, had my Dad for company though, and did meet Matt, which was nice. Any car I really, really want to get a shot of I usually mess up, I think it's because you try too hard. I only took 268 shots this afternoon, all RAW. I've processed them all now, just going through the laborious task of uploading them to Flickr....very bored now :LOL:

Edit: Gutted, I had a quick walk round the paddock but didn't bother going into the pit lane :(

Some 'stunning' shots there Andy....would be nice if they were a little larger though.

P.s. If anyone is out shooting and doesnt mind some company, im pretty new to the area after moving up here from cov, and don't really mind what i shoot as long as it gets me out with the camera. If anyone is on msn etc, give me a shout or pm me. cheers

I got 48 shots out of 268 that I'm happy with. 47 of the cars and one of a crow sat up a tree at Druids :LOL:
 
Nice set of photos. A mate of mine over heard some marshalls and officials talking, about the guy in the merc, saying how he won't be allowed back onto the circuit.
 
I've already commentated on your flickr, but i love your shots of the Merc, especially the one on the track, its just spot on, good work on the set mate.
