Outstanding service from LCE (Bristol)

It's often too easy to complain, but in my case I feel I have to offer praise. I recently bought a used Z6 form LCE in Bristol. Whilst away on holiday the shutter failed intermittently and the only way to get it going again was to remove the battery and refit it. When I got home I called LCE and explained what had happened. As I was outside my 14 day return/money back period I thought I would be sending it back for repair, but in all fairness to them they were very apologetic and refunded me. Thank you LCE!!

I've never had bad service from LCE, I have bought online from Bristol but my local one in Plymouth is my most used.
