Hi all, this is my first photo uploaded to the forum as i usually just browse.

opinions on the edit of this photo please. landscape photos are new to me so any tips are welcome :bonk:

Whilst i quite like this shot, i feel there is to much "grey" sky. I think a crop off of the top would help, cheers mike.

I like it...
Maybe just a tweak of the contrast to bring the clouds out a bit more and give it that extra bit of clarity.
What's the colour version look like?

Nicely done, the figure really leads you into the scene... I'd also be interested to see what it looks like in colour

here is a colour version, maybe i was wrong with going down the creamtone route, reason for that was i wanted to exaggerate the feeling of time and waiting with the old man fishing. sorry im bad at describing :bonk:

The crop is much better, and the colour version is a lot nicer nice shot
