Photoshop Advice

Sorry in advance if this has already been asked but could anyone give me some advice on what photoshop is the best all rounder or cheapest im looking at paying around £ 70 maximum for the software .. i currently have photoshop 6 trial version and get on with that very well bar being unable to save my work

you could get PSE 8 for less than that, not sure about the full version though.

i think photoshop elements 8 is about that price. It should do everything you want to do at photgraphs
