Pic Update: Masai Mara 2012 Pt2

Well I returned from the Mara back in May and have been so busy with work I haven't had a chance to add any new photos so here goes.

1. Sunrise Day 2 (I thought I had a cracking shot until I went into PP, I really should have bumped up the ISO)

2. 2 cats on a log (One of my favourite photos)

3. Cat on a Mission (This big boy is one of Notch's sons)

4. 1/2 ear cub, this boy is one of the reasons i'm spending 2 weeks in the Mara in April.

5. 1/2 ear again

6. Natural born smile, another one of Notch's sons

More incredible images

#1 almost looks like a painting, great shot but the tail coming in from the right is a little distracting.

The foreground on #2 appears to be under exposed but suits the image very well. I think it's fantastic, I actually looked behind my camera to make sure she wasn't behind it, it's that intimidating!

The rest are fantastic, #3 is a cracker and so sharp! Beautiful set.

Thats a fantastic set, I am so envious, Africa has a massive pull on you once you have been there.
If I had to pick a favourite it would be No. 3, very atmospheric and the movement you have captured is amazing.
