Pied Flycatcher at 100% crop

Got my first ever pic of a Pied Flycatcher today. I had to crop very heavy to make something of of it but at least its a record shot and first for me.
Pics show the crop as well as the full frame it was taken from.
7D + 300/2.8 + 1.4tc hand held - thanks for looking - C & C welcome
