Yes
An attempt at a high ISO cross processing, a quick snap shot.

Personally having been out in the 'field' today playing with landscapes and also snapping the family at home on a lazy sunday, and I am finding that my preference lies in the quick candid photos that you can take of people when they are unaware. It doesn't rely so heavily on setting up a shot and sometimes blur, poor lighting etc can really enhance the mood of the situation.

I like it - an original composition.

Not very flattering angle but not bad.

I really like the color version.
Often much overlooked and heavily criticised method - but I really like to see high ISO shots that have a strong candid feel like this one does. It does only work in certain situations - especially with an interesting BG like this one.

Nice one (y)

Cheers!

Is it heavily criticised? why?

Obviously each to their own, I just personally love the rawness of the noise.

Yep I too love it.
I guess people look at it like HDR - its a bit of a marmite subject!
I think it is because all of the technology in sensors has taken years to develop so we can achieve crisp and noiseless shots?!

Im like you though - in the right circumstances it is awesome!
