Pop up box

O.K. I am no computer techie but when I got to e mails I have a box that pop up and says "logon" and I put in my log in details and still this box keeps coming back saying this yet I have already sent 1 e mail this morning but cannot receive any :shrug:

Could this be a server error do you think?

Sounds like the username / password for your incoming server is wrong.

Get on to your ISP.

try doing it via webmail (eg going to the homecall site or whoever your isp is) then logging in htere to confirm username and password

Could also be the email client is forgetting your username/password so is asking to enter it everytime. Have you changed any security settings for example ?

What Operating system ?
