Its an old one, I was looking through an old set and found it, and felt the light was probably the nicest here. To make it all fit the foreground had to be slightly cut, but wanted the tower in without it being cut off...

I can see why you left the foreground a bit dark (it can be raised) as it's quite busy and would detract from the colourful houses ... maybe a crop up to the house on the left (blue door)?

I had a soft 0.6ND grad. Dynamic range on a D80 (my spare as my other one was full of dust) isn't a highlight. I was wary of increasing noise too. I could go a crop.
