Puppy shot

Taken over the weekend, first proper outing with my new (to me) camera.

My friends new puppy, only 11 weeks old, taken with a 18-55 kit lens and could definately be sharper but not to disappointed with it.

Nice puppy eyes, shame about the sun spot. B+W better, maybe tone down the glare a touch? Good effort!

colour or b>w...good personality and very engaging
some cropping and work to control the contrast in both would be good

Black and White for me - the sun spot in the colour version looks a bit odd. Those are some seriously adorable puppy whiskers though!

Thanks for the replies, wasn't expecting it to be as good a shot as it is, especially as it was taken with the built in flash, some work in PS and a better crop will help as suggested.
