Wild Quarry Barn Owl

This as not come as a big surprise for me as i spotted a couple of Barn Owls in the Quarry in winter ,however since then a month or so ago one was spotted hunting in the farm house garden and to cut a long story short they apear to have a couple of youngsters,because tonight i spotted just across from the Kestrel nest a Barn owl nest ..Now those that have been to my little owls can vouch for the size of it ,and it aint big so to have a Little owl nest ,akestrel nest and a Barn owl nest all within feet of each other is something special,and they have all had sucessful broods ....this is just a quick grab shot of one of them..

It cerainly is good news ,just checked all my other shots and they do look like youngsters not long out the nest .
