RAF Valley and The Mach Loop

A few from a visit to Wales last week. The photos were taken from The Bwlch and RAF Valley on Anglesey.
A couple of firsts for me... One was a new lens - a Nikon 300 f4 and the other was the Mrs having a go and now wanting her first DSLR. In the meantime, I fear I may have lost my camera!!

Not me I'm afraid (I wear Black flying gloves and was in Leuchars last week!). The Loop shots aren't bad at all!

Valley was a great day out - plenty going on and nice to see some of the same guys around the loop too. Thanks to the pilots who gave their intentions on the radio too. Most helpful if you're having a snooze on the hill!
