Morning All,

Went out this morning with the intention of collecting a few leaves and wotnot to take pictures of in my new light tent at home for my 'Local Wildlife' project I am doing. Thought I'd have a quick look around for creepy crawlies and found this lot in one of our empty pots. So collecting stuff went out the window!!

C&C always welcome - I used my Raynox 150 with the Nikon 70-300 which worked pretty well. Used onboard flash though - wish I'd taken the flashgun. I really need some kind of diffuser to use with either flash too - something to work on.

love the bokeh in the 2nd image, is it that time of the year already when the insects are coming back out? must dust off my macro-lite and get the extension tubes out!

Love the first image, I know you wanted to diffuse the onboard flash but youve actually got some catchlight in the eyes of the insect. Very cool
