Recommend a budget stand and brolly

As per the title I'm after a reasonably cheap set up to go with my speedlight (nissin 622). I need a stand. Umbrella and adapter. I was looking at around 40" shoot through if that sounds about right.

Space isn't really a premium and would prefer sturdy over lightweight. Budget around £50 or a bit over if required.

Looks ideal. I could use half my backdrop support outside if I needed to. Any suggestions on a suitable brolly or clamp to fit that £20?
 
if you look under the bit about the stand you will see "price for all 3 "...the neewar brollys are ok, for the price
