Resolute stands the oak

Taken just a few days ago when the snow lay everywhere deep, crisp and even, particularly on the northern faces of trees telegraph poles and houses.

Here's the sun trying to break through the high cloud.

A nice winter scene-could i make a couple of suggestions, the clouds need a little boosting, they look a bit flat and the top of the tree missing is a bit distracting, otherwise good shot. Rob

I like that very much...agree its a shame you clipped the top! And perhaps a little contrast boost would be good but nonetheless a very nice scene you've caught there!
