I agree with Sammy, first thing that struck me was the "Aura" around the boat, and also agree with David, it needs power in the shot, movement.
Good attempt though, just needs reigning back a little.

I would say the sky is too dark and there is a massive halo around the boat. Feathering your sky selection would help or if you used layer masks try decreasing the opacity of your brush as you get closer to the boat so the sky blends in rather than just stops which creates the halo.
 
i kinda like it the way it is but i think the clouds are a little too dark
 
I think it looks good.
The boat looks calm and surreal - poised for action. The dark clouds give the impression of a storm brewing?

Trust me - I have seen plenty of these things in action.
