The second one is great composition and exposure-wise, but it's not very sharp. Next time make sure you focus on the eye of the bird and keep the shutter speed as high as possible by raising the ISO (on that camera you don't want it higher than 400 - 800 if it's really needed). Will look forward to seeing more of your shots
