Critique Royal Danish Air Force Merlin Crewman

I shot this during an air to air photography sortie over Snowdonia on Friday. The crewman is on the rear ramp of a Merlin helicopter as the pilot weaves the aircraft through the mountains. Please see the large thread in Transport for more images from this sortie.

So, for me the composition is off. I'd like more space in front of his head, less behind. Of course this may not have been possible.

I'd also say that the PP is a tad too heavy.

Thanks for the comments everyone. @GuinBondEyes Thanks for the critique, you're correct that there was zero chance of altering the composition as suggested. In terms of PP, all that was carried out was a lightening of shadow and the addition of a small amount of clarity.
