SB600 Flash

Just received my new SB600 flash and so far am pretty impressed... especially the wireless function - surprised the heck out of the wife when I hid the flash

Anyway, just wanted to ask, should the flash zoom make a noise? I mean, I know it will make some noise but how noisy should it be? Mine makes quite an audible "bzzzzzz"

The Canon flash I had on my 450D was much quieter.

Mine makes a very audible buzz too.

Mine makes a buzz, perfectly normal. I think my old SB-28 from films days used to make a similar noise from memory.
