I took the following shots last week at Bury Farm with my Canon 50d to see what I could achive with that camera indoors. The first two are at ISO 3200 and are straight from the camera with no pp or nr applied.

The third shot is at ISO 6400 (H1) has has been sharpened slightly but has no other pp or nr.

They look just fine, that must be one of the best light arenas in the country!!!!

Well, the arena is brand new! However, Lighting is comparable to at least one other in my area (Addington Manor). I must admit though that the lighting is far superior to most other indoor arenas I have been to.

Thanks Natalie!! (by the way, Rocky was 2nd in the 1.30m on Friday....big class so very pleased)

Do you have these on flickr or somewhere else? I just wanted to view them larger....The 50d seems to be doing a fine job...Any NR or sharpening?

Outstanding shots from a 50d what lens was used???? Shot #1 is my favourite acceptional :)

They are on flickr...just double click on a photo should take you to the photo on Flickr.

The first photo is with a 24-70mm F2.8L
The other two are with a 70-200mm F2.8L

On my iPad in the middle of the ocean buddy no can do lol good work tho great shots

It is a very nice facility....very similar to the one at Addington Manor...if fact it is alomst a direct copy! All brand new.

Those shots look not bad, especially ISO 3200, much better comparing to my 20D. ISO 3200 on 20D is a High ISO and is extremely unusable! Time to do a cheep upgrade...

Another photo, this one at Addington Manor last Friday. Canon 50d 70-200mm F2.8L ISO 3200 1/800 F3.2 No processing...straight from camera.
