Sigma 24-70 2.8 dg macro over exposure d90

Hi,

Got a sigma 24-70 2.8 dg macro lens last week and mounted it on my d90. The lens is over exposing on the wide end (24-32mm). A search on the net revealed that others have reported this issue as well.

Has anyone here experienced the same issue with the lens/camera combo? Is there a fix for it? I have emailed sigma service and awaiting reply - it seems the office is closed till the 6th.

Sorry, no!

But every time I stumple upon these stories, I'm reminded of the risks, when chosing 3rd party lenses over brands...


Return it? What did Sigma say?

Sigma said they could do a firmware update.. I have a sigma 10-20 with no issues. Hopefully the update might solve the issue or it could a case of incompatibility with the d90
