As per title. Ffordes seem to have an offer on the Sigma 70-200 f2.8 @ £429.00 only in Canon Fitting. Thought it maybe a bargain?

It's a very old non OS version - old stock clearance perhaps?

down to 399 now ... tbh its not a bad lens if you don't need OS (ie if you intended use will be at high shutter speeds where camera shake isnt an issue) I had one for a while ( off ebay for £175 second hand IIRC) until I eventually replaced it with the canon 70-200 F2.8 IS and it did an okay job within its limitations (its also okay with a doubler as a cheap 400mm). However 400 notes is too much when minty second user examples can be had for half that
