Must admit was not sure about the background, it is the felt on my shed roof and shooting from my patio door, can't really do much about it from that position

I think this is a lovely shot like the pose

Lovely photo and the grey background, although not great does make the siskin jump out at you!!!

One good think about the background being so uniform, makes changing it for a good sky very easy!!!!
