Its been quite a while since I've done some drops so as a way of getting myself started again I had a go at some collisions. I'm in the process of building stand for my solenoid so that it is less hassle to set up each time I want to play and these are my test shots from this set-up.
The first 2 are taken with my 50mm and have been cropped quite a bit, the 3rd is with my Sigma 150mm and is uncropped.

Thanks Stan, here are a couple from today with a tiny little bit more colour but I still need to play with some milk to see how that works.
I had a quick go at 3 drops today but no real luck the best I could manage was a crown on top of the collision. I feel there is considerably more tweaking needed before I have any real success though.
