My great grand daughter often borrows my iPad and has loaded some apps for her own use.
Occasionally she’ll have a play with one of my old photos and uses it as wallpaper.
What a nice surprise when I turn on the iPad and see something like this.

Interesting and nice effect.
Photoshop had a plugin called pixelbender, One of it's options was an oil painting effect, something very similar to this. Dont think it's available any more, I used it on flowers mostly, never tried it something like this.
