Just for the hell of it, I slapped my 85mm f1.8 on a full set of tubes and took a pic of my hi-fi remote at f1.8. I think there could be some potential here. What do you reckon?

Not really ringing my bell at the moment but I'm sure there is a shot to be had there with a bit of tweaking, looking forward to see how you develop it.

Looks soft to me and a very dirty lens. Apart from that I can't see any point in it. Sorry.

Thanks for that. Yeah, it doesn't set the world on fire. I just have a feeling it might be worth further exploration.

Hey don't be sorry! I appreciate your input. I agree It's a bit soft, but it's the remote that's dirty not the lens.
