unfortunately i was shooting through a very small hole in the fence, so i had to tilt the camera so the flash would shoot through the hole too and not through the fence.

A stunning set of pics, each on their own is well worthy, but #10 just ooozes class and then some. Probably the best 24hr race atmosphere shot I've seen so far.

Seen lots of the sort before (hell, even I have done them) but never so well put together and exposed.

Definitely a "we're not worthy!" moment!

i had number 10 in mind for the whole day (i'm guessing its been done a million times before) but when i got to the spot the gate was locked! So i had to crawl under a little gap with my tripod to get in there. I'm a pretty big chap so the risk of getting stuck and not being found until the morning was quite high
