Bored and looking for a suitable insect to shoot ( grey & horrible here this morning) - when I came across this bottom of my pasture, thought Mono would suit this subject or subjects lol

Sigma 105mm f2.8 EX Macro lens Hand held and a touch of 1/16th power from an off camera flash gun, left rear of shot

Peter - I shot in mono as the light dictated that and I too am very pleased with the outcome - thank you for taking the time to comment

Really like that Les. The processing has given it an almost metallic look, and that is right up my street (y)
