It was done with a Phototriggers Drop Trigger which activated my camera when I dropped the sprout through the trigger. It was lit with 2 flashes one at either side. I also placed one shot glass on top of an inverted one to give the illusion of a reflection.

Perfect I really like it thought maybe it would also be good to see it a lot wider also taking in what looks to be a decent chance of a full reflection
