My first attempt with birds and my new 100-400L IS, Unfortunately all taken through a glass window, though still need practice.

Nae bad first efforts. Need to be closer and a bit sharper but it does take practise and patience.

Totally agree with your signature but you missed out target practice, microwave fun and dog bait.;);)
 
Not bad at all. Knocks my first attemtps into a cocked hat.

Just as an aside. As a cat lover, if I catch either of you near my cat, I shall bash you.

Yep, :agree: on the shots that is, I am not a big cat fan either BTW so find your sig rather amusing! :LOL:
 
I like the bottom one. Shows his head moving fast but without blurring too much detail.
