Standard Puffin

Just the usual Puffin but thought i would show it as I'm really happy with the detail I'm able to achieve from the Nikon D4s.

Yeah mate and no sand eels to mess the bird up..lol...I know the bird crap is distracting but hey its natural and can easily be cloned out if i feel the need.

Great shot. I like the clean, contrasting blue background and as already said, the detail on the Flikr shot looks fantastic. I would clone out the bird poo personally. I would be delighted with that shot if it were mine.

A mate has just replaced a D4 with a D4S. Says the S blows the D4 away. If he's getting detail like this I can see why. To me Puffins always look better in slightly flat light.
