Wow that's amazing! Is this from a dandelion head, or some other plant?

I'll be honest, I nearly dismissed this at first. I only saw it at small size, and wasn't initially interested because a), it's black & white, and b) there aren't any bugs on it; but viewed large it is so much more impressive. Great detail and structure. I don't know what's coming towards me and what's facing away. My eye's darting all over the place and can't seem to focus on a single point, but this is in a good way.

This is something like a dandilon only slightly bigger.
