I would really appreciate opinions on the lighting in this please, I'm trying very hard to learn to use my studio lights effectively so would be very greatful

It would depend on what you was trying to get but it look good to me main light look high to left I think with some fill on the opposite side the stalk is not light much but then it’s the head you want to see so looking good to me
If I was over comment on it I say stop down a little more and get it sharper all the way through the shot as the back looks a tiny bit soft. Mind you f14 might have been too far past your lens best what was the point of focus?
