There was a recent post of Sundog in this section of the forum, and it prompted me to go back a couple of years in my archive, where I remembered I'd taken some bracketed shots of this phenomenon.
The shots were taken early in my photography days, and I can't really be sure why I took the bracketed shots. I'd probably read that they could be blended together, but never got round to doing it. But with the more recent developments with HDR, I thought I'd give them a run through Photomatix, and I quite liked the result, as it accentuates the halo, surrounding the sun.
Maybe it's quite a good example of a Sundog, and associated phenomena, as I've searched the forum and not found anything else like it.
