Flickr has just ruined this shot...compare like for like please...I give up, after spending an hour freezing my nuts off!
 
good compositon but for me too tight. Would be more dramatic with black smoke showing showing the loco working hard and space for it to move into. have you cropped the image?
 
What's in the frame is nice but I agree - it's very tight and it's a shame all that smoke is out of frame.
