Think these are barkfly larvae but not sure....

Enthusiasm still not really there but for the Macro Blog/Beginners guide thought I needed to get out with some kit to take notes on my technique.

I saved this from my daughters paddling pool and whilst it dried off I took a couple of shots... out of 4 this is the only one that was any good.

4. This might was a tiny tiny very tiny speck (way less than mm in size) on a leaf I had to spend ages looking through lens to actually find it...

Love the set bryn - but that first and second image - they're from a different planet. reminds me of a fish-head(?) weird looking thing!
