The Battle of Britain Air Show Duxford.

Hi all,

I am going to The Battle of Britain Air Show on Sunday 5th September at Duxford.

Does any one have any tips on where to set up my gear for the Air displays.

I will be shooting with a Sigma 150-500 and a canon 18-200 on a 7D.

ive always thought the stuff flies to far away at duxford and as with alot of airshows farnborough being the worst they always seem to turn and show the underside almost everytime. To me that gets boring and in my oppinion gives people watching in the fields and better views of the show...

When i went to the spring airshow there was a media/press photographers pen near the land warfare museum or whatever its called, i stood there with not many people about and caught some good shots as they got airborne off the end of the runway. If its good for them its good for me
