thought i'd try out one of my old (20 years) lenses on the moon last week ..

I do love moon shots - I'd say that you've overdone the exposure ever so slightly as you're almost loosing detail on the right. Have you done any noise reduction on this? All in all, looks like your 20 year old lens is doing it's job

the lens is an old Minolta 500mm f8 reflex.
small and light, but quite slow focus, not good at an airshow!!
