I use this more than Mrs Nod does but that's more what I do in the kitchen than how often I do it compared to her!

I like eating so I cook and some of the things I cook need a lower heat than I could get with our old cooker, hence the diffuser.

Apologies all , after posting on this thread I could for the life of me find it again. There seemed to be lots of other similar threads. Anyway Bobsyeruncle is right its frogs spawn from a poison dart frog , I found it in Costa Rica in August.
