Like it, nice shot. Although you'd probably only get this comment on a site like this, looks like she is holding a shoot through brolly.

Sometimes oveexposure works and lends itself well to images but from my experience this is only when the OE area falls into foreground or background bokeh. In this picture, to me, you could bring back from detail in the lower grass blades as well as the umbrella as it looks OEd in those areas.

Everything else is fine however.
