Last time i was debating getting new monitors i ended up getting a new laptop instead 
the time has now come for me to go and buy something, so is there much difference in the Dell UltraSharp U2412M 24" and the dell ultrasharp u2413 24"

dont know much about monitors at all and the whole 4k thing is confusing me, its only for photo editing so dont know if 4k would really be worth it or not
