The Tokina 11-16 is the sharpest of them all.
I know guys who have both lenses the canon 10-22 and Tokina 11-16 and they swear by the Tokina, it's sharper less vigneting than the canon and about £100 cheaper.
Go for the Tokina 11-16 f2.8 or sigma 10-20 f3.5
The Tokina is unbelievable, good for portraits, landscape, buildings etc. Definitely worth having the f/2.8, makes a world of difference with some portrait shots.
