haha i used a Nikon D300 with a 50mm 1.8 pancake lens

Depends on the lens. This one seems to be called a pancake by some users:

I forgot to say - really like #1, although I am slightly concerned by what he is wearing. Looks like a PVC flasher-mac. The shot has a nice sense of movement that I associate with street photography.

I'd like to see the face of the second lady in #3.
