Would suggest cloning out the light on the silhoutted land (centre shot) and the dark spot on the wave crest (2" from the left, 2" up approx). They keep pulling my eyes in.
Alternatively you could crop it a little more, top and bottom (but still remove that speck of light)
Can't say I noticed the light or sensor dust (?) blob in the water until they were pointed out. Now I'm looking there are a couple of small dust marks in the sky too. f22 will make them stand out and may make the image softer by being stopped down that far.
Using a mirror composition like this you need the mirror line halfway up the image to balance it so I'd crop just a bit off the top of the sky.
