Transcend RDF8 multi-card reader USB3.0

Spotted this when looking around for a USB3.0 card reader, i saw the lexar one posted on here but thought it was a bit dear at £18 so i went for this transcend one instead. Its from the official Transcend so should be genuine

I bought one and I haven't done a detailed test but I can say is that the reader works fine with an SD card and files transfer quicker than my old card reader, but that was USB 2 and connected to my old computer. The only negative point for me is that the cable is not very long.

Got the card reader today and tested it just now. Theres a nifty blue light that turns on when connected and blinks when accessing, nice shiny plastic build and it doesnt feel any faster than before, probs my slow card being the bottle neck lol
