Tripod help (finding one)

Ok guys Im struggling to find a decent tripod within my limited budget range, hoping someone can point me in the right direction.

Budget around the £100 mark

Camera 750d with 100mm macro lens

Use (tabletop macro) product photos, height down to 8cm-14cm

Prefer a fluid head or a 3 way as struggle with ballheads

Try a shout on the "Wanted" section of the Classified section, usually loads of bargains to be had, particularly this time of year.

Edit. Or, of course, in the Accessories section of the For Sale bit. There's usually a fair few tripods going.

If you want the actual tripod on the table then I'd start with a Novoflex Basic Ball and add a suitable head

Depends what you want. A tripod exactly for that purpose or an all rounder. Above link filtered on minimum 0-25mm height and price £0-100

You should be able to get a manfrotto 055 tripod in alluminium for that.
It is usually better to not use the tripod on the table, but use the arm extended horizontally.
The arm on a Benbo is even easier to adjust over a table.

I've been looking for tripods and the Manfrotto Befree travel tripod seems good (for me anyway). It's pretty light, folds up well and will be ok for up to 4kg.

Maybe a little over budget and may not be what you're after at all, thought I'd give it a mention.
