Tynemouth - The Grand

There are many buildings like this that are spoiled by the clutter around them. Maybe an early morning visit when there are fewer cars around would help. I would try standing square to the building where the entrance is and using portrait orientation this would crop out some cars on the left and right.
 
I guess the biggest issue with this image is that it has no focal point, but also fails to show the building. The words Grand Hotel, despite being lit red, are too small and don't have strong lines leading toward them.

If you were to crop from the left to just before the arch of the porch and from the right to the very edge of the building then the image becomes much more powerful and focused on the key features of this scene. You may have to do some keystone correction too,
