The image is very dark and the blue is too dominant.
Was this the colour of the bird?
I have tried to edit it and it does show up some lovely colour but I can't get past the image as posted.
Hopefully, you have the original image. I would suggest that you lighten it up and then just carry out small tweaks while trying to retain the original colouring.

Yeah this was the original colour of the bird, I photographed it in a majorly dark room and when I lightened it up it came out like this straight away, will have a play around with the original though.
